They share the posts as per the agreed calendar and I just need to say 'Yes' , and they post on all the social media channels. It has helped me increase my reach and visibility. The operations team is super responsive and is available 24/7, no matter if it's Midnight or early in the morning. On top of this, they go above and beyond to help me if I am stuck somewhere or feel the time crunch. I've been working with Jatin and The Realtor's Concierge team for almost a year, using their Social Media marketing expertise to visualize and create social postings for my Facebook and Instagram pages, as well as on my LinkedIn page. The Team has also assembled a number of other creatives for me, so as to promote my Open Houses ( of which Thankfully there have been quite a few in the last few months ). The Team provides me with design options to review using photos and copy ideas from our MLS, so that I do not have to get involved with design or with descriptions. From a value standpoint, the Team has shown that they are genuinely interested in helping, rather than mentioning that something is not part of the services I purchased. Finally the Team makes suggestions as to what promotional strategy might be good, or not so worthwhile, and what tasks / next steps I should perhaps consider to improve my own real estate business outcomes.
