I started working with "The Realtor's concierge" about a year ago. I've been using their transaction coordination and social media management services and couldn't be happier. Prior to bringing The Realtor's Concierge on board, I had handled the transaction coordination on my own, but from the point, I started availing their services, my transactions are handled on timely basis, and the social media content is also well researched, diversified, and personalized. They share the posts as per the agreed calendar and I just need to say 'Yes' , and they post on all the social media channels. It has helped me increase my reach and visibility. The operations team is super responsive and is available 24/7, no matter if it's Midnight or early in the morning. On top of this, they go above and beyond to help me if I am stuck somewhere or feel the time crunch. They have helped me prepare my AVID, counter-offer, CMAs, etc., which is generally outside their scope of work. The team is also well-versed in the complete documentation and coordination of real estate transactions and never misses follow-ups for critical deadlines. Be it contingencies, inspections, closure, etc. they are always on top of it.
